22/11 - Stout

I'm liking the idea of First Wort Hopping - the Mosaic Pale Ale is tasting very nice. It has a bit more aroma than previous attempts and the bitterness that comes a little later than expected. In hindsight could have had a little more bitterness. Also did a first attempt at a Stout last year, pretty uneventful but haven't really tucked into it yet
